Planning a group day in wine country usually means somebody gets stuck as the organizer, the driver, or both. The Celebration Tour exists so nobody in your group has to play logistics coordinator. We handle the reservations, the route, the timing, and the ride — your only job is to show up and celebrate.
Every Celebration Tour starts with your concierge learning the details that matter: who you are celebrating, what kind of wine the group leans toward, whether you need decorations or want to bring your own, and how much structure versus spontaneity you prefer. From there, we build an itinerary around your group rather than running a fixed route with a fixed clock.

We do not run a one-size-fits-all itinerary. A bachelorette group of eight wants a different pace and energy than a couple celebrating their 25th anniversary with close friends. Here is how the day typically shapes up, adjusted entirely around your group.
Before Your Day
Your concierge reaches out to learn about the celebration, the guest of honor's preferences, and any special requests. We coordinate winery reservations, arrange decorations if requested, and confirm the itinerary so nothing is left to chance.
Morning
The Sprinter arrives at your door decorated and stocked. The group settles into leather captain's chairs, and the concierge outlines the day ahead as you roll toward the first winery.
Midday
Three to four wineries, each selected to match your group's wine preferences and celebration vibe. Reserved group tastings mean no waiting, no awkward shared tables with strangers, and a dedicated wine host who knows your group is there to celebrate.
Afternoon
The last winery often includes a longer patio session where the group can linger over a bottle and soak in the valley views. When you are ready, the Sprinter takes everyone home safely — no rideshare coordination, no split Ubers, no stress.

Whether it is a 30th, 50th, or anything in between, wine country is how grown-ups should celebrate. We coordinate with the wineries to make the guest of honor feel recognized at every stop.
For couples celebrating with their closest friends or family, the Celebration Tour provides an intimate day that feels personal rather than commercial. No shared buses, no strangers, no rushed schedule.
The Difference
Party buses run fixed routes with fixed stops and treat your group as cargo. You share the road with whoever else booked that day, the driver drops you at the curb, and you figure out the rest. We built the Celebration Tour as the opposite of that experience.
Your Sprinter is exclusively yours for the entire day. Your concierge has already called ahead to every winery, secured your reserved tables, and confirmed that the tasting room staff knows who your group is celebrating. If someone wants to stay longer at a winery that resonated, we adjust. If the group wants to swap the third stop for a vineyard lunch, we make the call. The itinerary serves your group — your group does not serve the itinerary.
The Sprinter itself matters too. Leather captain's chairs replace vinyl bench seats. Climate control keeps the cabin comfortable between stops. There is room to move, talk, and actually enjoy the ride rather than endure it. When your group arrives at each winery, you step out looking and feeling like you belong there — because you do.

Our Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 8 guests comfortably in leather captain's chairs with plenty of room for movement. Most celebration groups range from four to eight people, which keeps the energy high while giving everyone space. For groups larger than 8, we can arrange a second vehicle so your party stays together at each winery.
We do. Birthday packages include decorations tailored to the birthday theme and coordination with the wineries to make sure the celebration feels special at every stop. We can also arrange a vineyard lunch reservation or a cake delivery to one of the tasting rooms.
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, and we will install them in the Sprinter before your pickup. Just let us know in advance what you are bringing so we can plan the setup. We ask that decorations be removable without adhesive damage — tape, clips, and magnets work great inside the vehicle.
We recommend booking at least three to four weeks in advance for bachelorette parties, especially for weekend dates during peak season from April through October. This gives us time to coordinate with your preferred wineries, arrange any decorations or special requests, and confirm group details. Last-minute weekday availability is sometimes possible.
